call from you reminding him to vote. If the voter does
not have an answering machine, Voter Roll Call® will
log the call as a "no answer". We will re-try "no
answers" as time permits until your GOTV message
is delivered. |

When you sign up, you will receive a letter that confirms
your order, and an agreement we will ask you to sign.
This agreement promises that we will not use the phone
numbers you give us for any purpose other than calling
your constituents with your message. And it requires
you to tell us that you will not use our phone network
for any purpose other than the stated one. |

Can I send different messages
to different constituents?

You may maintain as many different phone lists with
Voter Roll Call® as you like. |

How do I send you our phone
numbers?

Do the numbers have to be in
a special format?
|
|

We want a 10-digit phone
number, consistently formatted. We do not want
names, addresses customer IDs, voting histories, or
any other information. If you send additional information
to us, we may need to charge you to remove it. |

How do I record my message?
|
|
| |
Most
clients send us a .wav file with the candidate’s
message professionally recorded. Others call our toll-free
phone number, enter and ID and password,
and record audio there. Either way, you can send us audio
24 hours a day. |
